Release of Security Acceleration Module from Check Point

Check Point representatives have announced the release of their new creation Security Acceleration module. This module has been developed with the heightened security in mind, and according to the up-to-date hardware acceleration methodology with the consideration of the requirements stipulated by the high-performance environment.



Check Point is notable for the design of an advanced SecurityCore hardware-based technology which stimulated the development of a module with the firewall bandwidth of 110 Gbit/sec. At the same time, the latency level doesn’t exceed the margin of 5 microseconds. This technology employs parallel computing capabilities used for the process acceleration and safety. The module is equipped with 108 cores which allow the central processor to swap-out and transfer the vast majority of operations connected with the security issues to the Security Acceleration module. Interakcie počítačov v LAN a ich pripojenie k Internetu by nebolo možné bez špeciálnych služieb siete. Tieto služby poskytujú výmenu dát medzi stroje, poskytuje vzdialený prístup do zariadenia a súbory umiestnené na akomkoľvek PC na sieti a umožní vykonávať niekoľko on-line operácie (napr., odosielanie e-mailov, organizovanie video, atď.). Na vytvorenie takejto siete, najprv je potrebné stiahnuť ovládače pre siete, služby a protokoly.

Ak chcete používať všetky funkcie (služby) poskytované služby siete v POČÍTAČI, odporúča sa nainštalovať klienta služby. Za rovnaké služby môže existovať viacero klientov, ktoré sa líšia v funkčnosť a rozhrania. Keď ste získali prístup na server s nejakou žiadosťou klient využíva konkrétny Protokol (pravidlo pre server service).

Smerovač určuje optimálnu trasu, berúc do úvahy také kritériá, ako čas prechodu trasy a kvalitu pripojenia.

Všetky existujúce služby sú realizované dvoma spôsobmi: sieťový operačný systém (súbor služieb a tlač služby) a systémové aplikácie/tools (databázy, faxy). Ak chcete nakonfigurovať jednotlivé služby je obvyklé použitie ovládačov pre siete, služby a protokoly.
