Redline RL04 from SilverStone Already on Sale

About a month ago SilverStone announced the release of a new PC chassis codenamed Redline RL04. Today we can already find this product from a Taiwanese manufacturer in a retail trade at $52. The case has been designed in mid-tower form-factor and housed in a steel black casing with some plastic inclusions. Its overall dimensions equal to 523x220x480 mm.



The case is estimated for the installation of mini-ITX, ATX and micro-ATX motherboards, along with CPU coolers of up to 169 mm in height, power supply unit of ATX standard, and graphics cards up to 292 mm in length. The implemented PSU is located under the motherboard. The internal layout readily accommodates seven expansion cards, four drives of 5.25-inch format, and five HDD/SSD drives of 2.5/3.5-inch format. Moreover, SilverStone offers special attachments for screwless fixture of hard drives.

HP Unveils Ergonomic DreamColor Z32x Monitor

HP comes out to the market with a new 31.5-inch monitor Z32x as a part of DreamColor series. The new-comer features 737x613.8x245.5 mm dimensions and is based on IPS panel. It is differentiated by extended options on profile settings and the availability of an ergonomic stand. HP promises to launch the display in June 2015.



HP DreamColor Z32x supports Ultra-HD 4K resolution (3840x2160) and offers the following specifications: 1000:1 static contrast index, 500.000:1 dynamic contrast index, 300 cd/m2 utmost brightness, 8 ms GtG response time, 178/178 degrees utmost viewing angles, 1.07 billion of displayed colors. Thecus Adds N2810 NAS to Its Rich Portfolio

Thecus Technology Corp. marked the beginning of a new production year by launching an offbeat multi-task NAS – the N2810. The model is targeting to solve a wide spectrum of assignments; however, it might become an ideal solution for a demanding multimedia system. The all-black case is estimated for two 3.5-inch HDD drives which can be swapped thanks to dedicated buttons on the front panel. Sales are scheduled for February 2016.



Thecus N2810 is developed on Intel Celeron N3050 (Intel Braswell, 14 nm) CPU with 6 W TDP. Its base clock frequency makes up 1.6 GHz, while efficient index might achieve 2.16 GHz. The CPU cooperates with 2 GB of DDR3 memory. Interestingly enough, the customer is free to expand RAM to 8 GB, if necessary.

Att ersätta långsam och låg kapacitet magnetiska diskar kom idag high-speed-enheter som kan lagra stora mängder data. De är alla i direkt relation med datorn, vilket hjälper till att installera drivrutiner för lagringsenheter.

De mest vanliga typer av data butiker är:

  • hårddisk (HDD). Även om HDD successivt trängs ut från marknaden mer innovativa lösningar, de fortsätter att glädja en stor volym och relativt snabb hastighet läsa/skriva data. För att tillgodose ökande behov av användare, vissa tillverkare producera modeller med upp till 3 tb lagringsutrymme!

För sitt arbete med "flash" och inte behöver några kablar, ingen särskild programvara, ingen egen strömförsörjning. Deras främsta fördelar är kompakthet, portabilitet, attraktiv design, hög hastighet för överföring av information och tillgänglighet;
  • nätverkslagring (NAS, DAS, SAN). NAS är att kunna tillfredsställa lagring inte en utan flera datorer som är sammankopplade i ett lokalt nätverk. För att ansluta till nätverk och utbyte av data mellan olika maskiner, det är rekommenderat att ladda ner drivrutiner för lagring enheter av en viss typ. I system, NAS fungerar som en fil-server som ger tillgång till information för ett visst Protokoll.
