MSI Is Launching Its New Gaming PCs Line Starting With the Infinite A Model

The MSI Company decided to open its new gaming desktops series with the Infinite A Model, which main highlight is a front panel. It possesses several facets, one of which resembles a PC-board layout with multi-coloured track lighting, customizable via the MSI Mystic Light software.



The side panel out of tempered glass reveals a vertically mounted graphics accelerator (presumably, a riser card is used). In MSI Infinite A the manufacturer utilized either Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 or GTX 1070 Gaming family video adaptors.


The 14 nm Intel Core i7-7700 processor operates with the micro-ATX Intel B250 logic set motherboard, supplied with four computing cores, functioning at 3.6 GHz clock speed. The system card has PCI-e slots, reinforced mount and CPU power system with durable components. The MSI novelty offers 4 DDR4 slots and allows installing up to 64 GB of RAM. The case can also hold two 3.5-inch and three 2.5-inch drives for data storage.

Thermalright Readies Le Grand Macho Passive Cooler

Thermalright decided to gladden all devotees of ultra-quiet PC systems by designing an efficient passive cooler – Le Grand Macho. This is a conventional tower cooler, supporting new and outdated CPUs of up to 95 W TDP. Hence, the greenhorn is compatible with Intel LGA 775/115x/1366/2011/2011-3 as well as AMD FM2/FM2+/FM1/AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+ platforms.
