Ryzen CPUs Raised AMD’s Proceeds Up to $984 Mln

Lately Advanced Micro Devices has unveiled its financial results report for the present year’s first quarter. Two New SSD Series for Corporate Clients from Samsung

Samsung has recently announced the release of two new SSD series, intended basically for the employment in corporate segment (for servers and large data storages). The first series, codenamed SM843, will be represented by models of 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacity; the second series, codenamed SM1625, will contain models of 100GB, 200GB, 400GB, and 800GB capacity.



All the models within the series are based on MLC NAND flash-memory, developed under 20 nm technological process. This allowed the company to increase the writing speed index and SSDs durability three times as much, if compared with rival drives and items of the previous generation.


SM843 solid-state drives are designed in 2.5-inch form-factor. They are notable by 28% lower power consumption in active mode and 80% lower retention time. Jonsbo Produces a Massive Tower-Shaped CPU Cooler – CR-401

Following the Top Flow CR-701 cooler Jonsbo introduces another processor cooler, which is a massive product under the CR-401 code name.

 

The specialty is performed in the shape of a tower, main parts of which are protected by the metal casing. The cooler is equipped with five copper heat pipes (6 mm in diameter), having direct contact with the CPU cover.

 

The heatsink consists of two aluminium plates blocks, separated by the 120 mm fan. Its rotary velocity is regulated via the usage of the pulse width modulation (PWM) technique in the range of 800–1,600 rpm. In the meanwhile, the noise level varies from 18 to 25 dBA.

 

The novelty features the RGB-backlighting, supporting 256 colour shades, functioning in automatic mode. Dimensions are 125 × 88 × 165 mm, and weight is around 860 g.
