Just a year ago enthusiasts got a chance to try out the Quadro GP100 graphics accelerator. And already today they are ready to meet its successor – Quadro GV 100, belonging to the designated Nvidia graphics adapters family.As one may see from its name, the product relies on the 12 nm GV100 graphics processing unit, based on the Volta architecture. Nvidia Quadro GV100 utilizes 5,120 CUDAs, 640 Tensor cores (intended for deep learning and AI-related tasks completion), and the memory bus of 4,096 lines, interacting with 32 GB of HBM2 RAM. The level of raw computational power reaches 14.8 tera floating point operations per second.
The graphics card is chilled by a two-slot cooler with a radial fan, while the rated TDP is 250 W. A supplementary power supply may be linked via 8- and 6-pin PCI-E Power interfaces. Besides, there are four DisplayPort 1.4 video outputs at the rear panel of this device.
